The American Sports Academy was founded in 2015 by Marc and Caroline White, Owners & Directors of Kutsher’s Sports Academy, long-time known as the top sports camp in the northeast region of the United States.   They had been approached over their years of running camp by entrepreneurs who were familiar with their camp concept and wanted to bring it to serve families and guests at their own outstanding sports resorts in Latin America.

 

Initially the concept was to bring the best of the specialty American camps to two of the finest settings in the world, in Panama and the United States, creating the ultimate opportunity both in training and environment for young athletes, ages 7 -17.   However, this quickly expanded in 2017 into offering Adult Programs as well.   Today ASA offers not only Children’s Camps during January, July & August, but also Adult Sports Camps & Golf Tours, College Spring Break programs (Golf, Tennis, Soccer in March) and Soccer Showcases & Tournaments throughout the year.

 

​The goal of the American Sports Academy is to offer both athletes and sports enthusiasts a variety of opportunities to play, train, compete and HAVE FUN in a beautiful vacation resort with the finest of facilities at their fingertips.  We combine this with optional cultural offerings that enhance the experience at both of our locations.
